OPERATION

Place the steel reinforcement bar or other material to be cut between cutting edges, then press the handle until the material is broken. |
| Unscrew the relief handle (but not more than one circle, and it is not allowed to demount the relief handle, otherwise oil leakage will occur and the cutting function will be lost), then the movable cutting edge will go back to its original position. Screw the relief handle again for the next cutting action. |

MAINTENANCE

The hydraulic steel rod cutters are manual tools made of precise hydraulic components. While the cutter is working, it is strictly forbidden to demount any part to avoid oil leakage, which will cause pressure dropping down and its cutting function will be lost.
It is also forbidden to use the cutter as a hammer to strike to avoid damage of internal hydraulic components. |
| After used, the cutter should always be cleaned with soft cloth. The cutting edges should be oiled to protect it against rusting. |

Special caution: It is forbidden to demount the relief handle. The cutter should be screwed down while it does not work. |
